Where FreshBooks is better

  • Full accounting reports and bank reconciliation for when you need real books.
  • Proposals as well as estimates.
  • Payroll and team time tracking.

Where Mintvo is different

  • Clients pay with the PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe or bank details you already use. Mintvo never holds the money and takes no cut, so it works wherever those services work.
  • The home screen is your earnings: this month, this year and what's still owed, in your currency, converted at the rate on the day each invoice was paid.
  • You see when a client opens the invoice and when they open your payment link or copy your details.
  • Quotes your client accepts online, then one click to a draft invoice.
  • It's small on purpose. There's no chart of accounts or bank feed to set up before your first invoice.
