An invoicing app for freelancers paid through Wise, Payoneer or PayPal

Updated

Mintvo puts your own Wise, Payoneer, PayPal or Stripe link and your bank details on every invoice as pay buttons, so clients pay you the way they already do. It never holds the money or takes a cut, and it shows you when a client opens your payment link.

How it works

Add your payment links, wallet numbers and bank accounts once in Settings. Choose which ones go on each invoice, and they appear as buttons on the page your client opens.

The money moves between your client and your Wise, Payoneer, PayPal or bank account directly. Mintvo isn't in the middle, so there's no payout delay and no extra fee from us.

  • PayPal, Wise, Payoneer and Stripe links
  • Any other https payment link
  • Mobile wallet numbers
  • Bank details, with more than one account per invoice if you need it

What you see after sending

The invoice shows Viewed when your client opens it. When they open your Wise or PayPal link, or copy your account details, that shows on the invoice too, so you know payment is on its way.

Mark the invoice paid when the money lands and your earnings update straight away.

What Mintvo doesn't do

Mintvo doesn't process card payments itself. If you want card payments, add your own Stripe payment link and it shows as a pay button.

It isn't accounting software either: there's no bookkeeping, bank feed or tax filing. You can export invoices and payments as CSV for your accountant.

Questions

Does Mintvo take a percentage of payments?
No. Clients pay you directly through your own accounts. Wise, PayPal, Payoneer or your bank may charge their usual fees; Mintvo adds none.
Can I add several payment options to one invoice?
Yes. Pick any mix of payment links, wallet numbers and bank accounts for each invoice, and your client chooses.
Does it work in my country?
If you can receive money through Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, Stripe or a bank transfer, Mintvo works for you, because it only shows those details to your client.
