Mintvo's free plan includes quotes: send one, your client accepts or declines it from a link, and one click turns an accepted quote into a draft invoice. You get an email either way, so you know when to start the work.
From quote to invoice
Write the quote with line items and a valid-until date, then send it. Your client opens a private link and accepts or declines.
When they accept, convert the quote and Mintvo creates a draft invoice with the same line items. Check it, adjust anything, and send it.
What's free
The free plan covers 5 invoices a month and 2 clients, with quotes, recurring invoices and CSV export. Pro removes the limits and adds automatic reminders, your own sending address and custom designs for $9/month or $79/year.
If you only need one invoice, the free invoice generator makes a PDF without an account.
What Mintvo doesn't do
Mintvo doesn't process card payments itself. If you want card payments, add your own Stripe payment link and it shows as a pay button.
It isn't accounting software either: there's no bookkeeping, bank feed or tax filing. You can export invoices and payments as CSV for your accountant.
Questions
- Do clients need an account to accept a quote?
- No. They open the link you send and press Accept or Decline.
- What happens when a quote expires?
- After its valid-until date it shows as expired and your client can no longer accept it. Change the date and send it again.
- Can I make a single invoice without signing up?
